Newbury Park

Newbury Park is made up of several open vistas, prominent knolls, and is surrounded by panoramic mountain views. It is a notably tranquil area consisting of rolling hills, located on the western edge of Thousand Oaks in the Conejo Valley. Known for its safety, award-winning schools and several real estate options, this secluded area captures the cool ocean breeze which renders it a highly desirable area to live in Southern California.

The Dos Vientos Ranch Commuity is one of the larger and more sought-afterplaces to live in Newbury Park. Constructed in 1998, Dos Vientos consists of several parks, a community center, and several miles of open hiking and recreational areas. With over 2,400 homes, it is the largest master-planned areas in the Conejo Valley. With deep historical roots, Dos Vientos was formerly home to several ranches and a popular agricultural and farming community. This area, along with Rancho Conejo reflect modern Spanish and traditional architecture. As a priority, the area works to preserve much of its natural environment and historical landmarks.

Newbury Park is home to Amgen, a highly recognized biotech giant. As one of the largest corporations in the Conejo Valley, this area has become a primary residence to its employees. With a spectrum of housing options, Newbury Park caters to several different lifestyles and budgets.

Located in close proximity to Malibu and Ventura beaches, and a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options allows the perfect combination of function and ease. The Thousand Oaks Mall is a popular open-air and enclosed mall that is located nearby.
