North Ranch Country Club Estates is a 24-hour guard gated suburban community in Ventura County, City of Thousand Oaks and community of Westlake Village. There are two gated entrances to the neighborhood; one on the North side and one on the South end.

Bordered by publicly owned parkland and centered around a 27-hole private country club, the community is a six square mile enclave of beautiful estates on pristine home sites which are surrounded by gorgeous scenery and rolling hills.

Homes in this community span in size with most averaging over 4000 SF and up to 23,000 SF +.  Several homes in this community have features that include guest houses/bungalows, amazing pools, full size gyms, tennis courts and some with indoor basketball and racquet club courts.
